Position Summary
This individual must have the ability to communicate calmly, compassionately and professionally with others. Perform specific radiology duties as set forth by the Arkansas Department of health Radiologic Technologist Licensure Program. Along with the standards and expectations of the institution, as supported by the mission, vision, and core values of the organization. Comply with all state, federal and hospital guidelines.
Education
Graduate of an ARRT or ARDMS accredited school of radiology (Only exception is Arkansas Licensed technologist already employed at CMMC)
Current R.T. licensed in the State of Arkansas must be obtained before employee can work in the Imaging Department.
Work Experience
Prefer previous CT experience but not required for Rad/CT
Require CT license for MRI.
Require U/S experience and ARDMS license eligible for U/S tech.
Require Mammography license for Mammo Tech.
Specific Skills
BLS completed by end of orientation and maintained throughout employment
Basic computer skills
