Chicot Memorial Medical Center partners with UAMS East Regional Campus and the City of Lake Village to provide the Community Outreach Center which offers, at no charge, a fully equipped weight room, cardio room and a variety of group exercise classes to anyone in the community 18 years or older, or 16 to 17 if a parent is present. Monthly class schedules can be found at the Community Center or on Facebook.

We had a GREAT CLASS this morning!! We’ve got folks all the way up to 89 and a 91 years old in this class! It truly can be catered to anyone fitness level! We have so much fun! And the music is a great touch!
