Position Summary
The Maintenance Mechanic II performs functions appropriate to the position, and in compliance with hospital policies, protocol, and procedures. Performs security when needed.

Specific Skills
Must have working knowledge and experience in plumbing, painting, carpentry, and electrical applications, mechanically inclined, also some knowledge of HVAC would be useful. Must show initiative and be able to head a project in every field.

Medium Work (Exert up to 80 lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 40 lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
