Must be a registered RN or LPN in the state of Arkansas.

This position is for the Lake Village Clinic (owned and operated by Chicot Memorial Medical Center), located at 2918 Louis Sessions St, Lake Village, AR 71653 – https://lakevillageclinic.com/

Clinical responsibilities include:

1. Performing routine pre-examination procedures including taking vital signs, assessing and recording objective and subjective data concerning present condition.
2. Assist physician and midlevel with examination and procedures.
3. Prepare and clean the patient area; set up equipment, clean and facilitate room set up after a procedure.
4. Perform patient care measures including injections, minor dressing changes, and coordinate collecting specimens for lab test.
5. Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients and co-workers.
6. Maintain and ensure confidentiality of protected health information (PHI)
7. Maintain a system for accurately recording and reporting patient conditions in the medical record.
8. Monitor medical supplies for re-ordering.
9. In collaboration with the providers, create and maintain patient education information.
10. Follow providers directives regarding communication to patients (i.e. test results, medication changes, etc).
11. Assist with patient education.
12. Telephone or e-Scribe prescriptions into pharmacy per provider orders.
13. Develop and maintain clinic’s MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) book.
14. Calibrate and check equipment daily and/or prior to use.
15. Attend required meetings and participate in committees as required.
16. Perform other related duties as assigned.
