Chicot Memorial Medical Center partners with UAMS East Regional Campus and the City of Lake Village to provide the Community Outreach Center which offers, at no charge, a fully equipped weight room, cardio room and a variety of group exercise classes to anyone in the community 18 years or older, or 16 to 17 if a parent is present. Monthly class schedules can be found at the Community Center or on Facebook.

Yippee! We got it done, folks! The new weight room will be ready December 1st when we re-open after Thanksgiving. Special thanks and appreciation to Jason, Ceasar and Jaden of Arkansas Fitness & Repair who came down got everything moved. Caesar and Jaden did an outstanding job and accomplished quite a lot in 8 hrs for a two man team! Thanks also and always to Janet (aka Lady J!) for coming in a few hours each day to clean, scrub, and move equipment. Finally, thank you to all you good people who come and make the very most of what this center has to offer to our community. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
