Ashley Hill, RRT

Rebecca Cessor

2025 BEE Award Ceremony

We are pleased to announce the winners of our 2025 BEE Awards: Ashley Hill, RRT and Rebecca Cessor!

The nomination for Ashley Hill, RRT read: “She takes the time to really explain things to patients and is always around to help, no matter what the need may be, from grabbing snacks and drinks for patients, to helping nurses with repositioning and toileting. I am in the medical field and I have seen first hand what it is like to work in the medical field and it was my first time to experience RT helping the nurses the way that she does! Everyone in this hospital is great! They work together like a well oiled machine! Always ready to lend a helping hand to their coworkers!”

The nominations for Rebecca Cessor included: “Rebecca is very loving to the patients. When we ask for replacement meals she says “yes ma’am” and brings it. She engages with the patients and makes them feel loved along with the rest of the team,” and “Very kind, takes her time with the patients and tries to get to know their likes and dislikes! She goes above and beyond to ensure patients are eating and will make accommodations to fit their needs as well as their likes if possible! I loved that when my family member wasn’t eating she said “well what do you like, what can I do to help you to eat” which is not an experience we have ever had anywhere else!”

About the BEE Award

The BEE Award is intended to honor the dedication, compassion, and excellence shown by all members of our team. This includes everyone from clinical support and administrative staff to housekeeping, volunteers, and more. These individuals help create a positive and healing environment for our patients and their families. Their hard work and contributions may not always be seen, but they are deeply appreciated and make a significant difference.

We believe every team member deserves recognition for their commitment to excellence. The BEE Award gives us a chance to highlight those unsung heroes who make our hospital a place of hope, healing, and compassion.
