Position Summary

Provide direct care to patients under supervision of RN or LPN. Duties will include, bathing, dressing, grooming, checking vitals, obtaining accurate I&Os, daily weights, assisting with feedings, turning/repositioning, transferring/ambulating, assisting with patient daily activities, and making sure that all patient care performed is documented appropriately. Your role will be to maintain comfortable and safe patient environments. You will be responsible for following all department policies and procedures as well as safety, environmental, and infection control standards. A CNA adheres to the facility’s core values and mission with complete regard for the dignity of each person.

Education     

Must have a current CNA license. Exception: new graduates of an accredited CNA course may work for a period of up to 6 months while waiting to test.
